    驻鲁各部队把后勤战备与科技创新作为后勤建设的重要组成部分，牢固树立“练
为战”“保打赢”的观念，坚持把后勤训练摆到战略位置。在抓训练质量的同时，坚
持战备设施抓配套，从最复杂的条件、最困难的战场环境出发，突出后勤战备建设，
狠抓后勤科技创新，不断提高后勤组织指挥能力、综合保障能力、后方防卫能力和快
速反应能力，努力把后勤工作提高到与现代战争要求相适应的水平。
