    1986年后，山东省境内铁路运输、工业和基建系统各教育部门在系统主业的支持
下，校园环境不断优化，教学质量不断提高。在不占用地方教育资源的基础上，较好
地解决了职工子女上学问题，为企业和社会培养了大量人才。2000年后，根据铁路跨
越式发展的需要，实施主辅分离战略，除职工教育学校外，所属学校陆续移交地方管
理。
