    为加强铁路战备保障工作，山东省在铁路运输、工程系统建立铁路战备机构，负
责战时交通保障和平时救灾抢险任务。1964年8月，铁道兵独立舟桥团成立，主要执
行铁路舟桥战备保障任务。1984年，同铁道兵一起并入铁道部，改称铁道部工程指挥
部舟桥工程处。1990年10月更名为铁道战备舟桥处(简称战备舟桥处)。2002年1月，
铁道部决定，战备舟桥处脱离中铁建筑总公司，移交济南局管理。1986-2005年，战
备舟桥处较好地完成了舟栈桥训练和抗震救灾、防洪抢险等应急保障任务。
