    1986-2005年，山东省境内国家铁路施工企业是铁路基本建设的骨干力量。在既
有线扩能改造方面，参加了新兖、兖石、蓝烟铁路复线工程建设和京沪、胶济铁路电
气化改造工程建设；在新线建设方面，参加了京九、胶黄、邯济、胶新等铁路工程建
设，为山东省内铁路扩大运输能力，保证国民经济又好又快发展做出贡献。在完成好
省内铁路基本建设任务的同时，积极开拓省外、路外基建市场，通过投标竞标承建了
大量工程项目，取得较好的经济效益和社会效益。
