    1986-2005年，山东省境内国家铁路系统的物资设备管理逐步实现由计划经济体
制下的管理模式向市场经济体制下的管理模式转变。适应企业改革的变化，相应调整
物资管理机构，改革物资供应组织方式，构建物资配送网络。在物资采购、仓储管理、
设备管理、现代化及信息管理、安全管理等方面，积极探索，向精细化管理、集约化
经营转变，保证铁路企业运输、经营、基建、科研所需物资的供应。
