    1986年后，因利益驱动、民间纠纷引发的治安案件增多，随着娱乐服务业的快速
发展，卖淫嫖娼、赌博、吸毒贩毒等社会丑恶现象滋生蔓延。全省公安机关认真贯彻
实施《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚条例》，不断加强纠纷调处和治安案件查处工作，
不断加大社会治安整治力度，适时开展扫除社会丑恶现象的专项斗争，净化了社会治
安环境。
