    1996年，根据公安部有关规定要求，全省各级公安机关经济保卫部门 (简称经保
部门) 承担起打击经济犯罪的工作任务。2001年，全省各级公安机关经济犯罪侦查部
门(简称经侦部门)成立后，充分发挥职能作用，紧紧围绕经济热点问题和系列性、区
域性经济犯罪， 加大工作力度，严厉打击经济犯罪活动。2001-2005年，全省公安机
关经侦部门共受理各类经济犯罪案件30130起，立案28812起，涉案总价值155.59亿元；
破案26448起，挽回经济损失35.67亿元；抓获涉案犯罪嫌疑人20416人。
