    20世纪80年代后，全省各级公安机关充分利用公安院校、训练基地和社会资源，
挖掘自身潜力，多渠道、多层次地开展民警学历教育，面向社会招生、在职民警参加
成人学历教育等，积极改善公安队伍的文化知识结构。2005年底，全省公安民警中，
大学专科以上学历占民警总数的76.9%。
