    山东省黄金行业注重运用信息技术改造传统产业，把信息化建设作为企业发展战
略的重要组成部分。1986-2005年，省、市、县三级黄金管理部门及所属矿山企业均
根据自身发展要求，制定信息化建设战略规划，不断加大实施力度和资金投入，信息
化网络建设覆盖生产、财务、研发、设计、销售、采购、库存等环节。通过加强办公
自动化、企业内部管理等信息系统建设，进一步提高了企业综合管理水平。
