    山东省位于沿海开放地区，区位优势明显。与日本、韩国等东亚经济强国隔海相
望，背靠广阔的内陆腹地，南接长江三角洲地区，北连京津唐地区。1994年，实行统
一外贸政策，山东对外贸易走上加速发展轨道。1993-2005年，全省出口商品结构逐
渐优化，利用外资成就巨大，外商投资结构改善，项目质量和效益提高。到山东投资
的国家和地区有150多个，130多家世界500强企业在山东投资300多个项目。全省积极
利用外资发展，扩大经济总量，创造大量就业岗位，促进全省产业结构的调整，为山
东企业改革和发展注入新的活力。
