    1991-2005年，全省检察机关渎职侵权检察工作始终围绕党和国家工作大局，把
查办党政机关、司法机关、行政执法机关工作人员渎职犯罪和利用职权实施的侵权犯
罪案件作为办案工作重点，更新执法观念，规范执法行为，努力增强执法办案综合效
果。15年间，全省检察机关共依法立案侦查渎职犯罪案件7902件、侵权案件6523件，
为国家和集体挽回经济损失30.38亿元，为和谐社会建设、经济社会发展发挥了重要
作用。
