    人民法院司法行政工作具有法律性和司法保障性双重特点，其任务是为审判提供司法
保障，维持机关的正常运转，保障机关职能正常发挥，主要包括院长办公会议、联络
督查、文秘、司法宣传等工作。法院系统装备工作，包括法庭建设、财务、警车、服
装管理等工作。信息化建设将现代科学技术特别是信息技术应用到法院工作中，为人
民法院整体工作提供了科技保障。
