    1989年起，全省各级法院相继成立告诉申诉庭(简称告申庭)，因信访接待任务繁
重，审判力量不足，告申庭和其他业务庭同时审理再审案件。1997年3月，省法院告
申庭分立成立案庭和审判监督庭(简称审监庭)，由审监庭专司再审案件的审理。
