    1983年10月，山东省税务局单设，副厅级。1985底，全省财税部门分设完成，税
务机构总数2154个， 其中，市（地）级14个，县级142个，税务所1998个。至1993年
底， 全省税务机构2899个， 其中，省级1个，市（地）级17个，县级166个，税务所
2715个。
    1986年底，全省税务系统编制13103名，其中，行政编制2436名，事业编制10667
名， 实有税务人员22641人， 临时助征员2303人。 1993年底，共有行政、事业编制
33944名，实有人员38629人，临时助征员4011人。
