       在潍坊盐业的发展历程中，广大盐业干部职工在各自的岗位上辛勤工作。随着时间的推移，不少曾经为盐业发展作出贡献的老领导、老职工相继离世，离开了这个他们为之奋斗一生的行业。新一代盐业人，牢记自己的使命，为盐业的创新发展继续谱写新的篇章，这其中也涌现出许许多多的先进模范带头人物。
