非盐产业


       为安置企业富余人员，盐业企业逐步走上了多种经营、多元化发展之路。因地制宜发展加工业、养殖业、服务业、销售经营业及制造业等。多种经营项目，由小到大，有些经营项目已形成较大规模，发展成为企业的经济支柱。从发展战略上，也逐步实现了从改善职工生活，安置富余人员到调整产业结构，实现多元化发展的转变。
