福建省东山县八尺门渡口，又有"戚伯渡"、"陈平渡"之称。

为什么称"戚伯渡"呢？

据传，明嘉靖年间，戚继光率义乌兵入闽剿倭，曾于此过渡，并分戚家军之
一部驻此，后人为了纪念这件事，就把这个渡口称作了"戚伯渡"。
