主要生产熟肉制品。1997年万香斋食品厂改制为股份合作制企业。企业总部设在青岛
市南区观城路， 生产基地建在李沧区湘潭路， 拥有固定资产8000余万元，占地面积
18000平米。“万香斋”牌猪头肉、扒鸡、砂仁宝肚、熏鱼等，选料精细，工艺考究，
质量上乘，品位独特，成为岛城食品行业四大著名传统品牌。
