    1902年， 微山县第一家外国投资的同新祥蛋厂开业， 微山县开始制作松花蛋。
1954年，微山县湖产品加工厂成立。1987年，松花蛋被注册为“微山湖”。现在，微
山县湖产品加工总厂总占地面积62270平方米， 厂房建筑面积9870平方米，养殖基地
1800亩，产品发展到以渔湖水产品、禽肉蛋制品加工出口为主。松花蛋系列产品有传
统包泥蛋，包膜蛋、无铅涂膜蛋、真空即食无壳蛋，各类蛋品受到国内外消费者的欢
迎。
