    清梅居，前身是清真熟食店，创立于1936年。1939年，取名为“清梅居”饭铺，
现更名山东淄博清梅居食品有限责任公司。公司现有员工130人，固定资产1500万元，
下设淄博清梅居食品厂、清梅居饭庄、博山回民饭店、怡露美发厅、博山美发厅等骨
干企业。2003年，清梅居牌香酥牛肉干、五香酱牛肉被中国饭店协会认定为“中华名
小吃”。2004年，清梅居牌油黄山鸡蛋被认定为“山东名小吃”。
