    济南聚丰德饭店， 1947年8月创办，是一家以经营正宗鲁菜、精细面点而著称的
老字号酒店，曾享有“正宗鲁菜代表”之盛誉，在山东、京、津、华北以及东北地区
都有着很高的知名度。1988年，饭店迁建到济南市大观园对过。饭店以经营山东菜系，
济南、胶东菜为主，饭店烹制的菜品选料精、下料准、配料齐全、刀口均匀、火候适
度，色、香、味、形俱佳，一些招牌名菜已成为济南乃至山东一绝。
