<p class="docx-p">亚德空调专营商店于 1992 年 3 月开始筹备，同年 6 月份正式营业。1994 年 5 月更名为亚德空调专营公司，隶属华德电力实业公司领导，有干部 3 人，全民职工 5 人，集体职工 4 人，临时工 10 人，计 22 人。有固定资产 32 万元，流动资金 160 万元，营业面积为 100 平方米，有小型客货车 2 台。亚德空调专营公司以经营“春兰”、“夏普”、“三洋”、“飞鹿”牌空调为主，兼营其它进口、国产 10 多种产品，公司地址：德州市解放南路 68 号。1992 年 5 月至 1993 年 3 月经理由孙长河担任，1993 年 3 月至 1994 年 12 月经理由邹邵华担任，副经理吕光。</p>
<p class="docx-p">亚德空调专营公司成立以来，经营额不断提高，效益逐年上升，1994 年总经营额达 350 万元，实现利润 43 万元。</p>
