【概况】  2004年，共有会员17名，均具有中、高级专业技术职称。会员中有威海市
人大代表1名，威海市政协委员2名，环翠区政协委员1名。
组织深入学习贯彻中共十六届四中全会精神，学习领会《中共中央关于加强党的执政
能力建设的决定》的精神实质;重视和加强政治学习和思想建设;按照民进中央部署和
省委工作布置，努力加强组织建设;积极创造条件，组织活动多样化;继承好的经验和
作风，鼓励会员在做好本职工作的同时，积极为地方经济建设作出应有的贡献; 积极
履行参政议政职能，向威海市政协提交议案7件。
