【概况】  2002年末，全市有水产加工企业600个，年加工能力180万吨，冷库467个，
日冷结能力3万吨。全年加工水产品128万吨，实现产值87亿元。精深加工水平有了较
大提高，新上盐渍海带生产线10条,冷冻食品生产线15条,宇王水产食品公司筹建了水
产工业园。

【国际认证企业增多】  适应参与国际市场竞争需要，加工企业普遍加强水产品质量
管理，采用国际通行水产品质量控制方法。到年底，全市取得HACCP、ISO9000系列、
美国FDA、 欧盟注册、 日本农林水产省等认证的渔业企业达100多个，取得各种认证
140多项。
