    【概况】  2019年，全市海洋综合治理工作以海域使用管理创新、重点项目用海保障、围填海历史遗留问题处置、海洋督察整改问题销号、全市海岸线现状调查、渔业渔政管理、海洋与渔业监测减灾等工作为重点，着力强化依法管海用海，解决历史遗留问题，大力推进海洋生态文明建设，形成海洋资源利用高效集约、开发保护空间格局逐步优化、海洋生态环境质量持续改善的海洋综合管理事业新格局。
