【技工教育改革发展】  2016年，组织技工院校考察调研技工教育改革发展先进经验，推进技工教育集团化发展，构建技能人才教育体系。联合市教育局印发《关于做好2016年全市中等职业学校、技工院校统一招生工作的通知》，搭建中职教育统一招生平台，2016年招生3074人。与300多家规模以上企业签订合作协议，企业年均接收学生实习实训1.2万人次，定向安排毕业生4000多人。

【学生资助政策】  市人社局印发《关于加强全市技工院校资助管理和监督工作的通知》，开展资助资金专项检查，对发现的问题跟踪整改落实，确保资金安全有效。
