【概况】经中国民主建国会山东省委批准，中国民主建国会山东省委员会直属威海市
支部成立大会于8月20日在威海举行。山东省人大常委会副主任、中国民主建国会山
东省委主委墨文川到会祝贺。市政协副主席、市委统战部部长王希瑛出席会议并讲话
。会议选举邹康新为支部主任、李青为支部副主任。至1998年底，民建威海市支部有
会员10人。其中硕士研究生1人，中级职称7人。
