　　镇党委书记苑胜本*、丛日俊，镇长丛日俊*、王洪丹。镇政府驻口子村，辖35
个行政村，人口1.78万人，面积53.06平方公里，其中耕地1715公顷。1998年实现
工农业总产值9.5亿元，农村经济总收入3.25亿元，财政收入261万元，分别比上年
增长26.64%、4.84%和26.64%，农民人均纯收入3000元。中学1所，小学5所，在校
学生2380人。境内北高南低，四面环山，属丘陵山区。农业经济全面发展，香菇生
产成为全镇的主导产业，规模和效益名冠胶东。年内新发展各类专业户2000多个，
全镇农业总收入3.25亿元。该镇交通便利，309国道、徐泊路、道呼路横贯境内。
镇村工业实现产值8.6亿元，销售收入7.2亿元，利税6600万元。
