　　镇党委书记刘光强，镇长张树太。镇政府驻徐家村，辖22个行政村、1个居委
会，人口8837人。面积35平方公里，其中耕地面积1133公顷。1998年全镇农村经济
总收入2.45亿元，农民人均纯收入3595元。中学1所、小学6所，在校学生1400人。
该镇位于荣成市城区西部，山岚草场资源丰富，农业在全镇经济中占重要比重，果
业、蔬菜业和养殖业为农业的三大主导产业，果园433公顷，蔬菜200公顷，猪、牛、
羊等牲畜存栏量1.5万头(只)，是荣成市畜牧养殖重点镇。
