　　镇党委书记刘泉玉，镇长毕振华。镇政府驻斥山村，辖28个行政村，人口2.7
万人，面积55平方公里，其中耕地1600公顷。1998年全镇农村经济总收入9.1亿元，
农民人均纯收入3500元。中学2所、小学4所，在校学生4500人。该镇位于荣成市南
部，南与国家一类开放口岸--石岛港和石岛湾省级旅游度假区相连，拥有大马力捕
捞渔船76艘、1.35万千瓦，是荣成市重点渔业镇，1998年水产品产量6.2万吨，渔
业总收入5.4亿元。拥有镇村工业企业100家，1998年工业总产值9.85亿元，利润1
