【概况】  2015年，水产品加工紧紧围绕产业转型升级，按照产学研用一体化要
求，推进水产品加工集群及冷链物流业提质增效转型升级，逐步形成以海洋捕捞
和海水养殖为主的第一产业，以海洋食品加工、渔船修造等为主的第二产业，以
渔业物流、休闲渔业等为主的第三产业三业并举的现代产业结构，水产品精深加
工能力得到显著提升。至2015年末，全市拥有规模以上水产品加工企业1100余家，
年加工能力550万吨，水产品进出口总量50万吨。
