【风暴潮灾】  3月4日到5日，威海市遭受特大风暴潮袭击，3人死亡，7人失踪。
全市受灾人口71881人， 其中转移安置灾民3.6万人；倒塌房屋300间，损坏房屋
6438间；农作物受灾面积639.6公顷，水产品养殖受灾面积 4567公顷，直接经济
损失10.7亿元。

【洪涝灾】   8～9月， 威海市连绵阴雨造成洪涝， 死亡5人。  全市受灾人口
259208人， 紧急转移安置人口6.8万人；倒塌房屋1238间，损坏房屋3583间；农
作物受灾面积48354.7公顷， 水产品养殖受灾面积1182公顷，直接经济损失13.9
亿元。
