    为进一步推动劳动力市场价格机制的形成，促进劳动力市场健康有序发展，
引导企业逐步建立市场化的工资管理制度，2007年在对全市158户企业37274名职
工进行抽样调查的基础上，形成了单位负责人、专业技术人员、办事人员、商业
服务业人员、农林牧渔水利生产人员、生产及运输设备操作人员等256个工种
（职位）的劳动力市场工资指导价位，现予公布，供用人单位和劳动者在协商确
定劳动报酬时参考。
