长张耕，在省司法厅厅长梁德超陪同下，到市司法局、市公证处、火炬高技术产业
开发区田村办事处司法所等单位考察工作，听取了市司法局局长刘昌明关于全市司
法行政工作情况的汇报。肖扬对全市司法行政工作给予了充分肯定，称赞威海市司
