　　山东黑豹股份有限公司是威海市唯一一家上市公司，其前身为以定向募集方式
设立的文登黑豹股份有限公司，1996年经省政府规范确认，并获得1750万元上市额
度，公开发行1334万股，发行价为13.38元，募集资金1.7亿多元，公司原总股本
7000万元，上市流通股1750万股，1996年分红方案为10送10股，总股本1.4亿元，
上市流通股3500万股。1997年全年实现利润总额1.45亿元，税后利润1.27亿元，董
事会提出1997年度利润暂不分配，用资本公积金每10股转增8股的预案。
