谷　前（1914～2003）　原泰安地委常委、泰安行政公署副专员。男，1914年6月生，山东莱芜人。1940年8月参加工作，1940年7月参加共产党。历任莱芜县风云乡支部委员、和平乡支部书记、汶南区组织委员、区委书记，泰安地委组织部干部科长，泰安县县长、县委副书记、书记，泰安地委组织部副部长、部长，新泰县委书记处第一书记，惠民地委常委、行署副专员、地革委副主任，泰安地委常委、地革委副主任、行署副专员，泰安行政公署顾问。1983年12月离职休养。2003年12月14日6时6分因病医治无效，在泰安逝世。
