【金融监管体制改革】　根据国务院统一部署，人民银行与银行监管部门实行分设。12月22日，中国银行业监督管理委员会泰安分局正式揭牌成立，辖属新泰、肥城、宁阳、东平4个监管组，具体负责对存款类金融机构及其业务活动的监督管理。监管职能分离后，人民银行强化了与贯彻执行货币政策有关的职能；转换了实施对金融业宏观调控和防范与化解系统性金融风险的方式；增加了反洗钱和管理征信业两项职能。                   （张　民　韩德鹏）
