    2000年2月1日，市纪委召开第十次全体会议，传达学习中央纪委四次全会和
省纪委三次全会精神，回顾总结1999年全市党风廉政建设和反腐败工作，研究部
署2000年反腐倡廉工作任务。市委常委、市纪委书记房忠昌作了工作报告。市纪
委委员，各县市区纪委书记、纪检组长、监察室主任参加了会议。与会代表讨论
修改了《2000年全市党风廉政建设和反腐败工作实施意见》。
