干事；1985年7月～1986年7月任昌乐县委组织员办公室副主任、县委办公室副主
任； 1986年7月～1992年5月任潍坊市委组织部办公室副主任、主任；1992年5月
～1993年12月潍坊市委组织部副部级巡视员； 1993年12月～1994年7月任潍坊高
新技术开发区政治部部长；1994年7月～1996年10月任中共寿光市委副书记(正县
级) ； 1996年10月～1997年12月任中共寿光市委副书记、 市长；1997年12月～
2001年1月中共寿光市委书记； 2001年1月～2001年3月任潍坊市政府党组成员；
