    潍坊市人民政府副市长， 山东省长清县人，1956年11月生，1974年6月参加
工作， 中共党员， 研究生学历。 1974年6月～1976年在长清县城关公社插队；
1976年～1978年1月任长清县张夏公社党委秘书； 1978年1月～1982年1月在山东
师范大学政治系学习；1982年1月～1984年8月在山东师范大学政治系任教；1984
年8月～1987年7月在南京大学哲学系读研究生；1987年7月～1991年4月任中共山
东省委研究室干事、正科级研究员、副处级研究员；1991年4月～1993年9月任中
共山东省委统战部办公室副主任；1993年9月～2000年6月任山东省海外联谊会办
