    潍坊市人大常委会副主任、 党组副书记，山东省淄博市人，1942年5月生，
1968年9月参加工作， 1965年11月加入中国共产党，研究生学历。1968年12月～
1975年1月在安丘县玻璃厂任技术员；1975年1月～1978年12月任安丘县工业局科
长； 197 8年12月～1981年11月任安丘县工业局副局长；1981年11月～1983年10
月任安丘县副县长；1983年10月～1996年8月任潍坊市副市长、党组成员(1984年
7月～1986年7月在中央党校培训班学习， 1991年7月～1992年10月在临沂地区行
署挂职任副专员)；199 6年8月～2001年1月任中共潍坊市委常委、市纪委书记；
2001年1月～2001年2月任潍坊市人大常委会党组副书记； 2001年2月当选为潍坊
市人大常委会副主任。是中共山东省第七次代表大会代表。
