    中共潍坊市委常委、 潍城区委书记，山东省诸城市人，1951年6月生，1970
年8月参加工作，1975年11月加入中国共产党，大学文化程度。1970年8月～1971
年12月任民办教师； 1971年12月～1976年3月任诸城县吕标乡谭家庄工作队员；
1976年3月～1984年5月任中共诸城县委办公室秘书；1984年5月～1986年2月任中
共潍坊市委办公室秘书(科级)；1986年2月～1990年9月任中共潍坊市委办公室副
主任； 1990年9月～1994年7月任中共潍坊市委副秘书长、办公室主任；1994年7
月任～2001年1月任中共潍城区委书记；2001年1月任中共潍坊市委常委、潍城区
委书记。是中共潍坊市第八次代表大会代表。
