    潍坊市革命烈士陵园从1999年10月起在原址就地改建。2000年该工程被列为
市区首批城市重点建设项目之一。改建工程的主要任务是：改造院墙、改造墓区、
院内绿化、 改建烈士纪念馆、 新建烈士纪念碑、改建服务接待设施。先后投入
500万元，拆除了原沿街房和院墙，新建方石柱栅栏式院墙500多米；建成卧碑区
和“潍县战役”烈士合葬墓；按照规划对墓区绿化进行了调整充实，完成绿化面
积1400平方米；新纪念馆、纪念碑开始施工建设。
