    2000年，诸城市承担了国家计生委和美国适宜卫生技术组织确定的男性参与
项目，昌乐县承担了由美国适宜卫生技术组织资助的中国计生协“生殖健康”项
目。12月，国家计生委与美国适宜卫生技术组织在潍坊召开男性参与项目中期评
估会，对诸城开展的项目进行现场评估，获得成功。诸城市被命名为全省优质服
务先进县，成为全省优质服务8面旗帜之一。
