    7月15日， 为迎接中共中央政治局候补委员、中央组织部部长曾庆红来潍视
察工作，潍坊市组织近20人、10多支国际一流的先进风筝，在寿光市进行了风筝
放飞表演。曾庆红高兴地观看了风筝放飞，并一起放起了风筝。活动是在雨中举
办的，实现了潍坊风筝在雨中放飞的突破。
