    公司创建于1997年，是一个以肉鸭养殖、孵化、冷藏、加工和出口为主的民
营股份制企业。现有职工1200人(其中包括下岗职工400人)，拥有资产5800万元。
下设种鸭厂2处、 饲料加工厂2处、冷藏加工厂2处、联营养鸭户1000多家。企业
坚持“面向农村服务农民，立足寒亭走向世界”的发展思路，内扩基地，外拓市
场， 逐步形成了以“市场+公司+基地+农户”为基本模式，集种鸭饲养、鸭苗、
饲料供应、保价回收、加工出口为一体的生产经营格局。2000年，公司实现销售
收入过亿元， 实现利税1500万元， 出口创汇4500万元，被潍坊市人民政府授予
“民营企业50强”荣誉称号。
