    2000年，潍坊市热力总公司与潍坊绿洲热电有限公司合资对潍坊第一热电厂
进行扩建。扩建概算总投资1.3亿元,双方按控股比例投入。扩建工程内容包括新
安装75吨/小时与35吨/小时锅炉各一台, 增加制热能力110吨/小时,发电能力1.8
万千瓦时。截止到年底,完成扩建投资1334万元，完成75吨/小时锅炉安装和35吨
/小时锅炉安装工作量的80%。
