    2000年9月30日,潍坊市污水处理厂实现了污水区的通水试运行。至此，该厂
建设已累计完成投资18975万元, 完成了厂内消化池、沼气罐,厂外的白浪河、玄
武街污水管线以及白浪河泵站等设施建设, 完成了除消化系统以外的各类机电设
备的安装与调试。
