    概况
    2000年，潍坊邮政部门认真贯彻落实省、市邮政工作会议精神，弘扬“改革
务实、艰苦奋斗、拼搏进取、争创一流”的企业精神，全力抓好以一超 (邮政业
务收入超2亿元)、二包(对市局生产单位和各县市区局包死收入和收支差额)、三
抓(抓经营、抓管理、抓服务) 、四突破(信函、商函业务，报刊发行、零售，代
办类中间业务的发展，邮购、广告业务有大的突破) 为内容的“1234”工程，各
项工作都取得了新的成绩。 至年底，全市共完成邮政业务收入20780万元，占年
计划的100%，同比增长17.39%。
