    山东电建三公司注意加强环境保护工作，按照ISO14001环境管理体系要求，
制定环境管理体系程序文件，并在工程建设和生活中推行。10月25日，山东电建
三公司环境管理体系通过中质协认证中心现场审核组现场审核。 11月7日获得中
质协颁发的ISO14001环境管理体系认证证书， 有效期至2003年11月6日。山东电
建三公司成为全国电力施工企业首家、也是全市第一家通过该体系认证的企业。
该公司建设的潍坊颐杰物业小区被建设部命名为“全国城市优秀物业管理小区”。
